Job Description:
Enabling is a successful Business Application Solution Provider, with branches throughout Australia and New Zealand. To satisfy growing market demand, we require a number of experienced Consultants to join our team.
Incumbents must have a significant understanding of ERP software. This position heavily interacts with our customers providing implementation of SAP B1 software, customer consultation, classroom training, onsite training, and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis Gathering
- Implementation Planning Documentation
- Implementation Projects
- Upgrade Projects
- Software Installations
- Report Writing
- Working with customers to achieve desired outcomes
- Training and on site support
Desired experience includes:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- Extensive experience with ERP Software
- Five years experience with financial systems implementation
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet utilisation requirements and stay within budgets
- Ability to work independently, with strong organisational, computer, and communication skills
- Professional and friendly demeanour
- Enthusiastic and motivated
- Ability to learn quickly and think on your feet
- Quality and customer service conscious
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and hit the ground running
- Passionate about customer satisfaction
